SAP Project Management, Implementation and Roll Out

Our senior SAP project managers have over 10 years of experiences with track record in managing large-scale project. They are all equipped with MBA background and specific industry knowledge in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Trading businesses. we adopted the Accelerated SAP project Management methodology to run our clients' SAP project. Depending on customer's budget, we offer two project management and implementation approaches, “Custom-Designed” and “Pre-configured” to allow customer planning for their budget controls.

Accelerated SAP (ASAP) is an approach specifically developed by SAP to help customers implement the SAP software as quickly and efficiently as possible. ASAP provides content, tools and expertise from thousands of successful implementations, which can be reused to ensure a successful implementation. The Accelerated SAP Roadmap consists of the following phases. The activities to be carried out in each of these phases will change according to the nature of the implementation and the choice of technology.

“Custom-Designed” Project

For running “Custom-Designed” project, we walk through with our customers about their business operations, and work side-by-side with their functional managers and key users on how to improve their business processes both in systems and operational aspect. The budget and project scale are expected to be higher than the “Pre-configured” project.

“Pre-configured” Project

For running “Pre-configured” project, limited budget is the first and foremost problem that needs to be resolved. Therefore we provide a smaller version of ASAP in which retains the original ASAP methodology, but suitable to apply a smaller scale project for SMB businesses.

The chart below outlines the major differences between the“Custom-designed” Project approach and the “Pre-configured” Project approach
